Wrist Worms
Yesterday these super soft and super fine Wrist Worms arrived in my mail box.
I love the feeling of unpacking a package where you can sense that the sender made attention to and took care of all the tiny little details. The handwriting on the envelope, the japanese tape, the "Glück und Liebe" paper back and the sweet little card...
These Wrist Worms are going to keep my wrists warm all winter.
Thank you Sandra!

Crème de la Crème à la Edgar # 1
This is my favorite shop # 1 in Copenhagen.
I was so lucky to have a sneak peak into the universe yesterday outside the opening hours.
Crème de la Crème is a little getaway into fantasy land and sweet sweet childhood memories. Everything is allowed and possible in the universe of designer Helle Høegsbro. Patterns, shapes, colours integrate in a playful, both exaggerated and understated way.
You cannot help to smile ;-)
For those who does not live in Copenhagen the designs of Crème de la Crème is now available in their new webshop.
More photos tomorrow.

Mormor
This weekend my mother came to visit us. Frida Viola loves it when her grandmother is around.
This is what we have been doing:
Making a new bed for Mr. Dot and Mr. Butterfly.
Seeing the exhibition about japanese woodcuts.
Walking in the forest.
Eating homemade crispbread.
The bed used to be my mother's and her sister's when they were kids. The linen is made from some old fabric I found in my grandmother's summerhouse. Mr. Dot and Mr. Butterfly used to live in A's grandmother's appartment. They have moved in here - now with a new butterfly and a new bed.

Patterns
I like the pattern on this old tray found in our local second hand shop.
The tray is made of glass fibre.

Deeply concentrated
Our own little artist plays with her colour blocks for hours.
I am fascinated by her deep concentration.

Silent Monday
The gallery is closed on Mondays so I am working at home.
I like the silence in the building when everybody else have left for work.
Beautiful photo at happysilly

Fabric Story
I am addicted to fabric and textiles.
We have piles of old fabric stored in all drawers and lockers.
I know that some day they will become usefull for us.
